How can I get help with an issue I’m having on Realla?
If you experience any problems whilst on Realla and would like help, please email email@example.com explaining the issue and one of our support executives will be in touch within 24 hours (working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm).
I enquired on a property but not heard back from the agent, can you help me?
Yes, despite not being the agents responsible for the listing, we want to create the best experience for our users.
If you have not heard back from the agents, our Customer Experience team can put your enquiry forward to the agents.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and explain what listing you enquired on and when. A member of the team will get back in touch.
I can no longer find a listing I saw online a few hours ago. What happened?
The property has been taken off the market by the agent due to it being sold, let or withdrawn. We only show available listings in our results, and they are continuously maintained by agents and researchers.
