How do I access enquiries generated per listing?
All generated enquiries are forwarded to the agents listed as contacts on the listing. However, you can also log in to Marketing Centre to view enquiries generated across all your agencies listings.
Once you have logged into Marketing Centre, you will land on the Dashboard. This is your entry point to Marketing Centre. From here you can gain access to the core functions and features of Marketing Centre.
Within Marketing Centre you have access to the Leads dashboard. This is a central store of all generated enquiries (Phone & Email). To access this, click on Leads, as shown below:
From the Leads dashboard, you will be able to see:
- Essential information regarding the enquiry itself, i.e. date of enquiry, enquiry source, the building the enquiry is for
- If a phone enquiry was generated Realla logs the phone number
- If an email enquiry was generated, Realla logs the email address and any message sent by the tenant or investor
How do I access enquiries generated across all my listings?
If you want to access enquiries generated across all your listings, click on the drop-down menu as shown below and select "All Listings". That way, you will be able to see a list of all your property listings' enquiries.
How do I export my Realla enquiries?
All generated enquiries can be exported to an Excel folder easily from Marketing Centre platform. Select all the filters that you like ( listing address, email/phone, sorted by) and then click the "Export" button on the upper right corner of the list. The exported file will be downloaded automatically.
